1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services OverviewWe offer:
One-Time Projects: Design and development services for websites, UI/UX, branding, and visual content.
Ongoing design support via monthly plans (Starter and Pro).
Website Audits: Self-service checklists or expert-led reviews to improve clarity and performance.
Creative Support: Email campaigns, animations, presentations, and design maintenance.
Talent Matching: Introductions to trusted freelance designers and developers.
Agency Collaboration: White-label or integrated support for creative or marketing teams.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All project deliverables become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Clients are responsible for securing any additional licenses for resale or third-party use.
4. Payment Terms
One-Time Projects: A 50% deposit is due upfront; the remaining 50% upon final delivery.
Subscription Plans: Billed monthly in advance. Payment is required to begin service.
Late Payments: May incur a late fee of €25 per overdue invoice.
5. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel Anytime: Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime. Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
First-Time Subscriptions: If cancelled within 14 days, a prorated refund for the unused portion will be issued upon request.
No Refunds: Refunds are not available for unused time after the 14-day period.
6. Project Timelines & Task Management
One-Time Projects: Timeline is agreed per project scope.
Subscription Tasks: Turnaround is typically 1–3 business days per task. Larger or more complex tasks may be broken down into smaller deliverables. Each subscription allows only one (or two for Pro) active tasks at a time.
Task Management: We reserve the right to define, scope, and schedule tasks submitted through the subscription plan to ensure reasonable delivery timelines. Complex or broad requests will be split into manageable phases.
7. Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for:
Providing timely content, access, and feedback.
Ensuring all assets supplied are properly licensed.
Backing up delivered files after project completion.
8. Tools & TechnologyWe work with:
Design: Figma, Figma Site, Adobe Creative Suite
Web Development: Webflow, Framer
Email Marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer.io
We also reserve the right to use other necessary tools to achieve a better result.
9. Payment Processing & Entity Details
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store any sensitive payment data.
Services are operated by:

Invoices are issued in EUR, USD or PLN.
10. Third-Party Assets & Licensing
We may use third-party fonts, icons, images, or resources (e.g., Google Fonts, Unsplash). While we ensure proper usage for delivered designs, the client is responsible for license validation for any additional use. We are not liable for license violations caused by client reuse.
11. AI-Generated & Assisted Content
Some assets may be generated or enhanced via AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik). These are used under creative/editorial license and are not intended for redistribution. Clients must review any commercial re-use independently.
12. Talent Matching & Referrals
We may recommend or connect clients with freelance designers or developers through our trusted network. This is offered as a value-added service. In some cases, a placement or referral fee may apply if the specialist is hired. We are not liable for the actions or outcomes of any third-party specialist.
13. Agency Collaboration
We can work as part of an existing agency team or in a white-label capacity. Scope, tools, and workflow will be defined collaboratively.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.
15. International Clients (EU, US, UK, AU and other countries)
Services are offered globally. Regardless of your location, all transactions are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are subject to VAT or local digital service taxes, please inform us so we can invoice accordingly. Clients are responsible for compliance with their local tax regulations.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
